Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM CST begin processing the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight/size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Shipping: 7-14 Days

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.


Shipping Carriers

Carrier selection is based on best available service to your location.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours.

We ship to:

  • All 50 US states

If your region does not appear at checkout, we currently do not ship there.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can help with a replacement or claim.
